Rural School, Global Outlook

This term we started a Postcards from Around the World project. As part of this project, we do quick trips to the countries that have sent us postcards. The response has been fantastic. One country that the students were very interested in learning more about was Japan. We looked further into this country as a mini-project. It has been really fantastic seeing the wonder in my students eyes when I show them different places or when we look up time differences. This is definitely an effective learning programme!
